✓ Should I wash the covers?
We do not recommend washing the covers unless absolutely necessary. Washing may remove some of the treatment and reduce the durability of the products used.

✓ What size should I chose?
Our containers can be planted directly, or purchased with a matching removeable insert (sold seperately) which is a magicfit container 1/2 inch smaller than the outer container and can be planted as well. However, if you have a plant that is in a container and simply wish to insert the entire container into our magicfit container we recommend you simply look on the bottom and read what size it is. Most containers are clearly marked. Generally you need a container which is only 1/2 inch larger than the one it is in. We offer the most common sizes for this purpose. We are pleased to help you determine the proper size and just send us an email if unsure. We 100% guarantee a MAGIC FIT! Remeber plants should only be transfered into containers no larger than 1 inch than the one they are already in.

✓ I do not see a theme I am interested in. Do you make custom themes if I request one?
YES! At Magicfit Designs Inc. our goal is to completely thrill our customers with our designs. We can make almost any theme you can imagine and our website only features some of the hundreds of themes we carry. Simply e-mail us a request and we can send a return e-mail of a designs you may be interested in. We do not charge extra for custom themes unless we inform you in advance due to material costs.

✓ What else can I do with a Magicfit Designs container?
We have sold thousands of our containers over the years and are often amazed at the beautiful creations and ideas our customers tell us about. We have included a Craft and Ideas page to give you some of the incredible suggestions we have recieved. If you have any new ideas or photos of your creations simply send us an e-mail and you will also be entered into our monthly drawing for a $5.00 gift certificate. We reserve the right to use all photos and ideas on our Craft and Ideas page unless otherwise noted.

✓ Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Due to customer requests, we will be adding gift certificates to our website shortly which you can purchaselike any other item on our site. Our gift certificates can be used for any item we carry or special request. Many of our customers who create gift baskets have requested these so that they can add a gift certificate to the gift basket. The recipient can change the cover to any theme or design they chose after recieving a Magicfit Designs container gift certificate. We are also planning on a "Cover of the month club" which will offer seasonal designs in a 1 year or 6 month (every other) package. E mail us if you are interested in this option and we will put a subsription together for you.

✓ Do you offer a quantity discount?
Yes, The best way to get discounts is to join our EBAY NEWSLETTER file, simply go to any of our EBAY listings and go to the bottom of the page and add your E MAIL address to our listing. We offer a number of special party package discounts in our ebay store (look under the "PARTY PACKAGE" category) We also have special school and charities packages avialable (e mail us to inquire). We offer wholesale prices and special packages exclusively to retailers and also a number of special offers to those using our containers as gift baskets for their businesses. We currently supply garden centers, candy stores, party planners, event planners, sports associations and clubs, and a number of other organizations throughout the country.We accept paypal and money orders mailed to our address. ✓ WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE CONTAINERS?
The measurments for our containers are below and to get a even better idea simply visit any garden center, look on the bottom of the plastic containers where the size is ususally imprinted.
Our 6" size is taller than the standard 6 inch because it shows off our designs better, it measures 5 1/2 tall 6 inches opening at the top rim and tapers to 4 at the base.
7" is 5 1/2 tall, 7" at rim, and tapers to 5 inches at base.
8" is 6 1/4 tall, 8" at top rim, and tapers to 6 inches at base.
10" is 7 1/2 tall, 10" at top rim, and taeprs to 7 1/2 at base.
WE ARE ALSO NOW OFFERING OUR NEW "TRUE PLANTER" LINE WHICH OFFERS CONTAINERS WITH BUILT IN SAUCERS, PERFECT FOR PLANTING. DIMENSIONS OF THIS NEW LINE WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU NEED THE SIZES IMMEDIATELY.

✓ What are your products made of?
For our standard line we use KOBA brand sturdy green plastic flowerpot containers with drainage. For our 7 and 8 inch sizes we also provide a free liner container for planting into. To create a saucerless self weatering type container simply duct tape a peice of plastic between the inner and outer container. Plants love it as it creates a humidity zone around the plant and no saucer will be needed. Less watering will be required for your plants.
We also offer TRUE PLANTERS which are available up to 14" across and these have built in saucers, we cover saucer and all no need to insert plastic.

✓ Can you attach a handle or Lace to any theme?
Yes we can attach a HANDLE OR LACE to any theme however some themes do not look good with lace and we try to select a trim which does work with the theme you request. If we feel we cannot find an appropriate trim we will email you with our findings. Adding a handle or trim will add 48 hours to processing.

Yes! We proudly supply a number of charities with our products for use in fund raising activities. If you are a charity using our products we will gladly add your link to our website for customers to purchase our products and make a donation to your cause as well. Some charities offer exclusive themes only avaialble through the charity but produced by us.
